Specifications include, but are not limited to: Gmail Encryption Tool 3.1.1.1 Vendor tool shall allow the State to configure for HIPAA and CJIS compliance. 3.1.1.2 Vendor tool shall enforce Gmail encryption with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules that detect and protect sensitive emails. 3.1.1.3 Vendor tool shall manage all certificates necessary for secure email. 3.1.1.4 Vendor tool shall be deployable enterprise-wide with managed Chrome and group policies. 3.1.1.5 Vendor tool shall be a Chrome extension. 3.1.1.6 Vendor tool shall protect messages and attachments with end-to-end encryption using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), directly within the Gmail client. 3.1.1.7 Vendor tool shall allow for the recalling of secure emails at any time. 3.1.1.8 Vendor tool shall allow for the setting of an expiration date on secure emails. 3.1.1.9 Vendor tool shall allow for the disabling of forwarding secure emails.
