Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide all material, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, utility services, other special structures, and all other means necessary to fabricate and install two (2) modular “off-frame” homes with permenant foundations, two-car driveways, sidewalks, patios, etc. located on two separate lots within City limits. All work must be performed in compliance with the drawings, proposal, contract, these specifications, and any other special provisions provided in this document. b. Bidder shall include in their submitted bid; conceptual foundation plan, floor plan(s), site plan, list of standard package options (selection upon award), and complete subcontractor list. (Full set of drawings shall be submitted to The City of Parkersburg within 30 days of bid award.) c. Bid price must include site work, foundation, cost of home, cost of transportation, cost of exterior concrete work, and all necessary permits/fees associated with the project (ie; Building Permit, Zoning Permit, Transportation Permit, Water and sewer tap/fees, etc.) and any other cost to provide a turn-key product. Note City permits will be provided at no charge. d. Please note, there are NO existing structures located on these lots; do not include demolition costs in the bid price. e. Site work shall commence as soon as modular home layout has been approved by The City of Parkersburg. This will not count towards the time of completion. Time of completion starts after modular homes have been fully fabricated. f. All aspects of this project shall meet or exceed the most current building and zoning codes adopted by the City of Parkersburg.
