Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Bidder will provide strategic airport planning and program planning services. These services may encompass airfield, airspace, terminal, landside ground access, asset management, sustainability and environmental projects, as well as other general planning. Work may include investigation and preparation of Airport Layout Plan updates; investigation and preparation of forecasts, demand/capacity analyses, and airspace analysis; facility planning, strategic planning, and feasibility studies; development of conceptual and/or detailed drawings for airside or landside development projects; and preparation of planning documents such as master plans and environmental planning documents.
