Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide and install one (1) VRF system with condenser and thirteen (13) ceiling units in the Finance Department on the first floor of the Municipal Building located at One Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101. All work shall be performed as indicated and in this specification and include every aspect of work as obvious or implied and necessary to make work complete and fully operational. The general scope of work for this project is as follows: • Provide and install one (1) VRF system with condenser and thirteen (13) ceiling units. o VRF condensing units will have two equally sized fully inverter driven compressors to allow the condensing unit to isolate one compressor and run at 50% capacity while repairs are performed. o Condensing unit will deliver at least 82% or nominal heat at 10FWB ambient temperature. o Compressor must be capable of controlling speed in 0.1 Hertz increments. o When indoor unit reaches setpoint, the electronic expiation device will be capable of closing 100% to prevent refrigerant leak through the expansion device and possibly overcooling or overheating the space. o System minimum efficiency will be 26.6 IEER, 33.6 SCHE and 3.75 COP. • Provide and install refrigerant piping from condenser to thirteen (13) ceiling units. • Install ball valves on all units for isolation. • Provide and install control wiring to condenser and ceiling units. • Provide and install thermostat controls for ceiling units. • Pressure test evacuate and charge system. • Perform start-up and operational check.
