Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. Contract Items and Mandatory Requirements: Vendor shall provide County with the Contract Items listed below on an open-end and continuing basis. Contract Items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements as shown below. 3.1.1 Repair and Service 3.1.1.1 The Vendor shall provide all parts, materials and labor necessary for the repair and service of Kitchen Refrigeration Equipment as required by the County. Repairs to Kitchen Refrigeration Equipment shall include disassembly, testing to identify needed repairs, modification and correction of parts, reassembly and testing to of equipment ensure proper performance. The following brand manufacturers are currently being utilized at this time and are not limited to: Hozhizaki, Manitowoc, Scottsmand,Kolpak, W. A> Brown, Louisville, Penn, Bally, Polar King, Delfield, Hobart, McCall, Tru, Duke and Beverage King 3.1.1.2 Vendor must restore Kitchen Refrigeration Equipment to proper working, unless Vendor determines that repair is not possible and notifies County of the same in writing, or the County determines that repair is not a feasible option and notifies Vendor of the same. 3.1.1.3 The Vendor shall test all Kitchen Refrigeration Equipment to ensure that all repairs have been properly made and the Kitchen Refrigeration Equipment owned by the County and shall not be utilized to create new Kitchen Refrigeration Equipment. 3.1.1.4 This contract shall only be utilized to repair existing Kitchen Refrigeration Equipment owned by the County as attached hereto as Exhibit B. 3.1.1.5 All labor performed under this contract must be completed under the direct supervision of a qualified Kitchen Refrigeration Equipment repair technician.
