Specifications include, but are not limited to: West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (“BOG”) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (“WVU” or “University”) is initiating this Request for Bids (“RFB”) from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors for turnkey renovation of the Mineral Resource Building (MRB) Atrium and Coal Hall of Fame (HOF). This location serves as the focal point for the building and work will consist of, but not necessarily be limited to: 1. Demo 2. Plaque relocation 3. Flooring 4. Painting 5. Light Fixtures 6. Acoustical panels 7. Data Parking - Contractor will have parking available but will need to purchase passes for each vehicle from WVU Transportation and Parking Office.
