Specifications include, but are not limited to: Act as the Administrative Agent for delivering ADAP services to eligible individuals living with HIV in West Virginia. Evaluate all insurance services to ensure coverage is equal to that provided by the West Virginia ADAP and document in writing that the cost of providing insurance premium assistance is cost effective and less than the cost of providing the service through ADAP. Ensure that the West Virginia ADAP files timely and accurately 340 B rebate invoices to the appropriate pharmaceutical manufacturers within 14 days of receipt from the Bureau for Medical Services. Coordinate an advisory group for the West Virginia ADAP to meet at least twice a year by conference call or in person. Respond timely to the State for HRSA requests regarding ADAP. Utilize CAREWare client data system for ADAP documentation. Monitor the ADAP-related objectives and carry out activities to meet HRSA requirements. Monitor the West Virginia ADAP to ensure that eligible participants have access to the maximum number of Federal Drug Administration (FDA) approved antiretrovirals and other drugs for the prevention/treatment of opportunistic infections Receive and decrypt pharmacy reports from DXC. Review DXC pharmacy reports for non-formulary drugs, accuracy, and completeness.
