Specifications include, but are not limited to: The mission or purpose of the project for which bids are being solicited is to provide necessary architectural, engineering, and other professional services to produce designs as well as construction services for the renovation of the Mycobacteriology Unit Laboratory area at the Office of Laboratory Services (“Project”). The project will involve the renovation of existing Biosafety Level (BSL) 2 space to BSL-3 standards. No construction of additional space will be needed, but will involve demolition of existing walls. Architectural and engineering services are necessary to develop cost effective specifications and drawings for needed renovations to be released for public bid.
