Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide and install (2) two, 5-ton, 14 Seer split systems with 20 KW auxiliary heater packages. 2.2. Demo old systems and dispose of refrigerant, oils and other materials per EPA guidelines. 2.3. Remove acoustical ceiling in the space to allow removal of existing indoor air handlers and reinstall new ones. 2.4. Reinstall acoustical ceiling upon completion of installation of new units. 2.5. Reuse existing hangers for indoor air handlers and modify to hang new units. 2.6. Remove existing rooftop 5-ton heat pump condensers and set new systems on the same stands, modify if needed. 2.7. Vendor to provide crane/boom truck. The cost is to be included in vendor bid response. 2.8. Reconnect existing supply and return duct work and modify to reconnect to new systems. 2.9. Reconnect existing control to both the new units and modify if needed.
