Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 All inspections, sampling, analysis, assessments, and any other required functions will be performed by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) accredited personnel. Copies of certificates must be submitted with proposal. Copies of West Virginia licenses will be required at the job sites and must be posted at each job site. 3.1.2 All management plan revisions will be performed by EPA accredited personnel. 3.1.3 The successful vendor accepts all liability for his or her employees. 3.1.4 Kanawha County Schools Maintenance Department shall provide the contractor with a building representative who has full knowledge and access to each building. 3.1.5 The Kanawha County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
