Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project consists of the design and construction of curb ramps at approximately 108locations along US 60, CR 60/5, and CR 31 in Barboursville to ensure ADA compliance. DOH intends to enter into a contract, which shall include but is not limited to:•Survey Services –no mapping will be supplied by the DOH•Right of Way Acquisition –All necessary plans and acquisition of right of way to construct the Project if deemed necessary•Project Services –preparation of construction plans as detailedin the Project Scope and shall include but are not limited to Design and Project Management;•Utility Coordination and Utility Relocation Services•Construction Services -necessary to build and ensure high quality workmanship of the designed facility
