Describe how you will meet each requirement marked (ME) Mandatory Evaluated and (E) Evaluated by describing, in detail, your organization’s qualification and experience (rather than simply restating the question or confirming compliance without additional supporting information); as well as how your organization plans to meet SOW requirements detailed in this RFP. The Proposal should address methodologies, pertinent timelines, personnel, activities, and other pertinent information in order to implement the SOW successfully to achieve full compliance with all tasks and deliverables. Offerors must identify any information or resources needed from the Department in order to perform any of the work.
