Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purchase and delivery of Two (2) Boat Trailers. Trailer will be used to transport IDFG owned 2016, 20 ft.Customweld Landing Craft. 1. Trailer –Gateway GTT 35/20 x 78 in. or equal. 2. Trailer length –from tongue to bumper, must not exceed 25 ft. 3. Frame –must be welded galvanized steel. All welds must meet the American Welding Society (AWS) D1.1- 96 specifications. All joints and seems must be closed with full seam welding. 4. Fenders –must be made of steel. 5. Axles –Trailer axles must be tandem, rated at 3,500 lbs. each. 6. Tires & wheels –15 in. tires, aluminum wheels, must come equipped with spare tire and mount, ST205/75R15. 7. Trailer weight –must not exceed 1,750 lbs. when empty. 8. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) –not to exceed 7,000 lbs. 9. Brakes –must be marine-grade electric, resistant to corrosion, rated to handle all braking functionality of a fully loaded Trailer. 10. Lighting –must be LED type, to meet DOT regulations. 11. Trailer hitch –must be 2 in. ball hitch.
