Specifications include, but are not limited to: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and repair in Pocatello and Blackfoot Idaho; iii Verify temperature setting with actual temperature of water. Calibrate thermostat as needed. iv Flush tank through drain valve until water runs clear. v Inspect electrical connections for charring, discoloration or evidence of excessive heat build-up. vi Test elements for proper amperage and for conductivity. 13. Water Conveyance Systems a) The Contractor must perform the following services on the Heating, Cooling, and Domestic Hot Water loops, on an annual basis: i Check the systems for leaks. Repair if no parts are necessary or contact Facilities Coordinator and report problems. ii Check traps and strainers for proper operation. Clear and clean as necessary. iii Check line pressures for normal levels. Identify blockages or leaks and repair as necessary. iv Check systems for excessive vibration. Identify source and repair as necessary. v Inspect system for corrosion. Report location and suspected problems to Facilities Coordinator. vi Inspect Thermal Systems Insulation and repair as necessary. Materials and parts are considered billable as materials.
