Specifications include, but are not limited to: a roster of individual firms capable of providing Professional Plan Review & Inspection Services. The specific discipline categories are Commercial & Residential, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical and Structural Engineering & Calculation Review; • Ensure all professionals employed by Contractor maintain current certifications, certificates and licenses for services provided. • Will provide plan review in compliance with the current City adopted codes and local amendments/ordinances. • Will verify valuations on all commercial and residential projects reviewed. • Will work directly with applicant to achieve a set of code compliant plans. • Will obtain plans for review via owner Avolve/Project Dox software • Applicants will submit initial plans and all re-submittals to the owner; not Contractor. • Will utilize owner’s plan review generic (Letterhead only) template with both owner and Contractor logo on template. Contractor will input all specific detailed plan review information into the template or through red-lining in Project Dox and provide as part of the approved plans. • Submittals and re-submittals shall be submitted directly to Contractor and plan modification to be routed through the owners Avolve/Project Dox Electronic software. • Will notify applicant(s) when Contractor has approved plans for construction utilizing Avolve/Project Dox software.
