Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified vendors to replace current HVAC Systems. We are requesting a proposal for replacement of 53 HVAC units. 4 split systems, 1 wall hung, and 48 self-contained units. Each unit will require removal and haul off of the old unit and any trash. It may require removal and replacement of ceiling tile, ceiling grid, duct work, plenums, controls, curbs, and anything else needed to removed and replaced the old units with the new unit. New copper drain and copper refrigeration piping required on 4 split systems. HVAC units may require curb adaptors, roof work, electrical, drain piping, gas piping, t-stats, and control wiring to existing Trane ensemble system as needed on each unit. All work is to be completed by licensed contractors to Granbury ISD's satisfaction. All permits are the responsibility of the contractors. All self-contained units must be connected to existing drain lines, electrical, gas and controls.
