Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified proposals from Offerors to provide Banking Services complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions. While specific requirements are provided within the respective sections of this document, the District’s overall objectives for this RFP are to: 1. Select a bank which offers efficient and effective services, and product solutions that will support the District’s current and future banking needs. 2. Choose a bank that will employ advanced technology in their own processes and who will assist the District in applying technology to improve its processes. 3. Establish optimal pricing for the banking services defined within this RFP. 4. Utilize banking services which will improve processing efficiency and enhance control.
