Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Capturing footage and audio for multimedia digital needs at agreed upon locations throughout North Dakota, as determined by NDHP’s Safety and Education Department and Human Resources Division. ; 2. Coordinating location and necessary equipment for capturing interviews and cover footage. Contractor will be responsible for securing studio locations as needed for filming indoor locations featuring NDHP employees, when NDHP facilities are not conducive for capturing footage.; 3. Collaborating with NDHP-designees to determine production schedule.; 4. Shooting B-roll and cover footage, at predetermined locations throughout North Dakota, to be accessible for future projects. NDHP may request written documentation briefly describing captured footage and still photography following capture.; 5. Editing of captured and NDHP provided footage upon request. This will include sound sweetening, color correction, motion graphics, music licensing and professional audio narration.; 6. Developing creative concepts in coordination with NDHP, upon request.; 7. Editing drafts as per feedback from NDHP prior to final product submission to NDHP or designated media outlet.; 8. All captured footage and photography will be provided to NDHP via hard drive in a format predetermined by NDHP and be solely owned by NDHP in perpetuity.; 9. Video must be shot in high definition and be broadcast ready. Footage will be in a format compatible with Adobe Cloud (Premiere Pro) editing software. If final video product is requested for media distribution, it must be HD-compatible, in YouTube ready format and ADA compliant, to include closed captioning and titles. ; 10. If the video is to be used for social media, the final product must be formatted in portrait, landscape, and square orientations. Aspect ratios will be provided by NDHP at time of request.; 11. Assist with development of story boarding and script writing, upon request.; 12. Sub-contracting videography services is not allowed. Sub-contracting other services, such as drone footage and make-up artists are allowed as stated in Section 4.
