Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Existing integration with our current hiring system, Frontline Central required. b) Electronic signature c) South Carolina and Nationwide criminal background search d) Address history for an individual e) Sex offender registry search f) Capability of the system to automatically generate a background check once an applicant has been placed in the “Hired” status. g) Capability of the system to automatically generate a background check once an application has been cleared for review by Human Resources. h) Capability of the system to post results in the new employee’s Frontline Central electronic file and to notify Human Resources when the background check results have been received. i) Notification of clearance automatic (not manual) j) Notification of adverse selection (FCRA) through selected organization k) Record dispute resolution through selected organization l) Continuous arrest record monitoring m) Verification of social security number n) Driving record/MVR checks
