Specifications include, but are not limited to: Margarine/Butter MARGARINE/BUTTER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 4.11.1.1 Goods processed with oil MUST meet the standard USDA specifications for vegetable oil margarine and processed from one of the following vegetable oils: canola, safflower, sunflower, corn, palm, or soybean 4.11.1.1.1 Goods to have a minimum of 80% fat for any of these oils 4.11.1.2 Goods must be U.S. Grade A or better as defined in the U.S. Standards for Grades of Butter; and must allow for freezing without discoloring 4.11.1.3 Goods to be packed in one (1) pound prints Good(s) MUST be unsalted. Salted Product will not be accepted for this ITB 4.11.1.5 ODOC will not accept any Goods that contain peanut oil 4.11.1.6 Reduced-fat, light/lower fat, or fat-free Goods will not be accepted 4.12 ESTIMATED DELIVERED QUANTITY PER GOOD ITEM: 4.12.1 Margarine/Butter: An estimated four (4) FTL are required for this item listed in Section 5, “Pricing Page”. For purposes of this ITB Line item # an FTL is estimated at 1200 cases (40,000 pounds). ARO, one (1) FTL to be delivered within 30 days. Remaining FTL to be delivered 30-45 days after previous shipment until the contracted quantity of Goods(s) has been fully received and accepted by ODOC. The Purchase order issued to the awarded Bidder will indicate the delivery dates and must be confirmed with the ODOC warehouse receiving staff.
