Specifications include, but are not limited to: • 8 standard welding booths with 7 dividers; • Steel Unistrut on 24” centers on floor to allow 1-1/2” insulation in floor; • Steel Unistrut on walls to allow for 1-1/2” insulation in walls; • Install Unistrut in ceiling to allow for 2” insulation in ceiling; • Fasten white steel siding, 29 gauge to Unistrut in ceiling with screws; • Fasten 1/8” steel plate to walls and weld seams; • Fasten ¼” aluminum diamond plate to floors with stainless steel rivets; • Fabricate 7 booth dividers-1 ½” structural steel tubing with 11-gauge plate; • Fabricate divider wall for electrical room and weld all seams-11-gauge plate with 2” tube steel; • Add extra aluminum framing to back trailer doors to allow for 1-1/2” insulation; • Cover back trailer doors with 1/8” aluminum diamond plate; • Frame in 8 exhaust fans; • Cut and frame 3 32” X 78” doors-steel right hinge swing out with 10” X 10” glass; • Cut and frame 5 thermal pane windows-Reliabuilt vinyl low E argon filled window; • Fabricate aluminum shelves in hallway; • 1/8” aluminum trim around all windows, exhaust fans and doors; • Fabricate header system for fume extractors- ¾” weld pipe; • Fabricate rack for fume extractors; • Fabricate rod oven brackets; • Aluminum wheels on trailer; • Apply undercoating to underside of trailer; • Fabricate storage / Toolboxes – 8’ X 20’ – 2” X 2” X ¼” angle with 11-gauge plate; • Fabricate aluminum steps and handrails; • Add an additional 8 shelves – 11-gauge plate. 9” X 9” corner shelves in each booth; • Rod holders – 8 TIG Rod, 8 Stick rod, 8 rod stub buckets; • First Aid station; • Lock Out/Tag Out station; • 60 Gallon Air Compressor with air manifold to each booth; • Anti-Fatigue mats in each booth; • Extra hooks in welding booths for hoods/grinders ETC; • Tinted vinyl strips with hardware for protective curtain at each welding booth; • Fire Extinguishers (2) Brooms (2) and 2 dust pans; • 1 – Breaker Box – 480 volts, 3 phase; • 2 – step stools for changing wire spools – Rubbermaid, Steel, OSHA compliant; • Prime & Paint walls, welding booths, electrical room & storage/toolboxes; • Heating and Air conditioning with all ductwork and registers – 3 ton of cooling, 51000 BTU heating; • Install and wire 2 - 8’ electric floorboard heater in welding area as well as 1 - 4’ in utility room; • Install electrical transfer switch (480 3-Phase / 240 volts); • Additional 110-volt hookup for show lighting; • All interior lighting – (10) 4’ Fluorescent lights (6) spotlights
