This project is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside in accordance w ith FAR 19.1405.
Project NAICS: 236220 with a corresponding size standard of $39.5M.
Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(f), this project is expected to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project.
Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2021. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range.
Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation.
