Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CDCR SVSP Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Plant consists of a 500,000 gallon per day reverse osmosis system. The plant also consists of associated support pumping, process, and chemical equipment with the necessary instrumentation required for these systems. Two (2) potable water wells provide water to the RO plant. These wells are a part of and are controlled by the SCADA system at the RO Water Plant. Currently, the Potable Water Plant operates with a GE Fanuc Series 90-30 Proficiency Machine Edition Logix and Allen Bradley SLC RS Logix 500. The Contractor shall provide both maintenance, inspection, emergency, and repairs for the GE Fanuc Series 90-30 Proficiency Machine Edition Logix and Allen Bradley SLC RS Logix 500 to ensure the SCADA Computer System can operate safely at all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. SVSP will provide dates of service upon approval of the Agreement. The Contractor shall perform all services as specified herein and as necessary to maintain the optimum level of efficiency for each specified piece of equipment. Services shall include, as applicable, but are not limited to: technical support, software custody service, software updates, programming, adjustment, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment. The Contractor shall also provide any necessary repairs and parts replacements on SCADA and associated telemetry. Parts requiring replacement will be replaced in accordance with the parts replacement section. The Contractor shall perform all services as specified herein and as necessary to maintain the optimum level of efficiency for each specified piece of equipment. Services shall include, as applicable, but are not limited to: cleaning, adjustment, calibration, alignment, and operational testing of each piece of equipment, furnishing all necessary cleaning supplies and testing equipment and providing all necessary repairs and parts replacement including hardware, server, and software on each SCADA and associated telemetry. All parts requiring replacement shall be replaced in accordance with Section J, Parts Replacement, as specified herein. The Contractor must provide qualified technicians and be able to obtain the required parts.; SEMI-ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION SCHEDULE: The semi-annual maintenance and inspection service will include the following services: 1. Download and record existing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Operator Interface Terminal (OIT), and Human Machine Interface (HMI) programs to initiate software custody service to restore program configurations. The Contractor shall have this copy available during repairs or failure of the system.; 2. Provide and install software updates to the system.; 3. Check PLC, HMI, and UPS batteries.; 4. Inspect and vacuum out control system cabinets at the RO Plant, at each of the two Water Wells.; 5. Verify calibration of critical instruments; 6. Review program issues with Operations staff.; 7. Provide SVSP with a report noting any issues with the system found during the inspection and solutions to the noted problems.
