Clean return air boxes with a damp rag or clean water D. 3-Mechanical Room Fan Coil Units 1) Replace Filters (2-36 x 10 x 1 / 2-24 x 24 x 2) 2) Lubricate Bearings 3) Clean Blower Wheel with Compressed Air 4) Replace Belt E. 6-Exhaust Fans (restroom, trash room, Lab 121 & 3 on Mech Tower) 1) Lubricate Bearings 2) Adjust Belt Tension 3) Tighten All Set Screws, Key Ways and Bearing Keepers 4) Clean Fan Motor and Fan 5) Replace Belts F. Pumps 1-9 1) Lubricate bearings 2) Lubricate Coupler 3) Check Oil Level 4) Run pump 3 manually to get some run time.
