This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAR FAC 2021-05 March 10, 2021.
(iv) This is a total 100% small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 541714 and small business size standard is 1000 employees.

(vi) USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS), National Center for Cool and Coldwater Aquaculture in Kearneysville, WV (NCCCWA) requires a Contractor to provide single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping of 2,304 rainbow trout DNA samples using Axiom myDesign TG arrays for SNP genotyping in rainbow trout in the 384-well format (O_my_50K; Catalog Number 550571; https://www.thermofisher.com/order/catalog/product/550571?SID=srch-srp-550571 on the GeneTitan Instrument or equal. Deliverable will include the genotyping data for all the samples and raw data files in .cel format (CEL files). Contractor shall provide all services, supplies, equipment and facilities necessary to provide the deliverable specified in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this document.
