Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected vendor will be expected to perform the following services: 1. Review the City’s current meter inventory, software applications, and advise/guide management staff on advantages and challenges of AMI implementation 2. Prepare a detailed implementation strategy with hardware requirements and options that can interface with the current billing software and meter reading software 3. Prepare a financial analysis for AMI implementation for each option identified 4. Provide project management and oversight ensuring project results are achieved and sustained (project schedule, contractor performance, and technology performance) 5. Provide AMI vendor management support, advising the City on vendor deliverables and performance 6. Provide technical subject matter expertise throughout the project 7. Provide other support as needed (i.e., public relations, presentations to City Management and City Council)
