Specifications include, but are not limited to: # 24/7 service, staffed by professional stenographers. Stenographers. # Stenographers that are based in the United States and employed by the company. # Stenographers must be humans and not AI technology. # An internet based ICS streamer system, that will allow individuals to get closed captioning, for TV, Web conferencing and video streaming, to their phones, tablets, or other web accessible devices # Must be able to receive audio via a streaming source. # Must have the capability to tie into Ross Video Xpression content management. If the successful bidder does not have this capability they should not be awarded the bid. # Successful bidder should be able to provide a transcript at the conclusion of the event. # Must be able to provide emergency notifications during an event # Must have a minimum of five (5) years with college and professional sports and understand the nature and importance of events. # Must be created by professional Captioners and integrate with a variety of video and streaming platforms that include at a minimum: Zoom and WebEx. # Must include interactive transcripts for notes and referencing, # Must include accessibility compliance for ADA, WCAG 2.1 and others. # Must make sure every part of the event is captioned, to include research rosters, coaching staffs, mascots, and announcers and load them into the customized dictionaries to use for the events # Vendor must explain in detail what pre event services are included and if the venue has to pay or if it is included in the hourly rate during the event. Vendor must include what equipment or services the venue is to supply and what the vendor will supply for pre event services. # Vendor to explain in detail what services are included during the event. The vendor should include what is the responsibility of the venue to provide the vendor and what the vendor will supply during the event. # The bid should include where the Captioner’s will be located during events and what access they will need and how the Captions will be streamed during the event. # Vendor must include detail on how the staff are to be scheduled before and after the event, for example, estimate how long the vendor is typically around after the conclusion of the event. All events at the KEC should be scheduled to start when patrons are expected to begin arriving, and when the PA system begins making announcements. # Vendor must provide customer support and assistance during the events in case of problems. # Successful bidder must include the name(s) of who will monitor the start and finish times for all games if awarded the bid.
