Assisting in the crafting of executive job descriptions Leveraging talent pools of executives to recruit from the best in Higher Education Presenting a diverse slate of candidates for executive positions Assisting the candidates through the executive search process while interviewing for KCTCS executive positions Leading the search process and committee during the executive search Work with KCTCS leadership team/Vice President Talent, Inclusion and Workplace Culture Meet with key stakeholders during an executive search
