Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work consists of, but not limited to, the construction of an 1.33-acre off leash area within an existing Lonny Brewer County Park, including clearing and grubbing landscaping, removing existing hardscape and appurtenance, construction of concrete mowing strip, sidewalk, and ramp with handrail, installation of landscaping, irrigation, drinking fountain with pet bowl and bottle filler, 6’-high black vinyl coated chain link fence with gates, reduced pressure backflow prevention device in stainless steel enclosure, PVC pipe, dog waste station, and precast bench, trash receptacle, and recycling receptacle, and implementation of stormwater pollution prevention and erosion control plans. Additive Alternative are comprised of the installation of concrete paving, 6” concrete curb, and reinstall salvaged concrete picnic table, installation of concrete paving to an existing picnic table, installation of two (2) precast concrete benches outside of off leash area, installation of concrete steps with handrails, installation of one (1) precast concrete trash receptacle and one (1) precast concrete recycling receptacle outside leash free area, installation of dog agility equipment, and installation of irrigation outside off leash area
