Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Payment Kiosks through purchase or lease, potential neighborhood payment networks, IVR, or other payment options for collecting court-ordered debt/restitution and state agency fines; Desired Outcome 1: Increased collection of debt and court-ordered restitution at a reasonable cost. Desired Outcome 2: Increased convenience for those paying debts and court-ordered restitution to shorten collection timeframe. Desired Outcome 3: System that is easy to use and debtors can quickly learn. Desired Outcome 4: System that easily interfaces with multiple government databases and ideally interacts with a web-based system and an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to process payments, including after phone center is closed. Interface includes a timely upload of new accounts and regular downloads of payment details. Desired Outcome 5: Generate reporting of payment details, settlement deposit details, volume/time of usage and total amount of payments collected at each location. Desired Outcome 6: Daily ACH settlement to bank accounts specified by participating state entities.
