Specifications include, but are not limited to: TESTING SPECIFICATIONS A. Sites that have Healy Model 9961 Clean Air Separator and VST Phase II EVR (Enhanced Vapor Recovery) System with Veeder Root canister must perform testing in accordance with most current edition of CARB EO 201 and EO 203. B. If required by local regulatory agencies, testing of Pressure/ Vacuum or (P/V) caps every three (3) years on both AST and UST will be performed. C. If required by local regulatory agencies, Overfill Prevention Equipment (OPE) Inspection will be performed every three (3) years and will include theTP-201.1C/D Drop Test and TP-201.3 Pressure Decay Test (ST-30) at no additional charge. D. Sensors and probes on both the E-85 and Diesel tanks shall be tested annually. E. All testing equipment must meet current calibrating requirements of each local implementing agencies. No compressed air testing shall be allowed. Inert gases shall be used in performing all tests. F. The CHP reserves the right to postpone and/or eliminate testing and certification, or any portion thereof, at any location. G. At the time of service, Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of any fluids used in the testing and certification process. REPAIR SERVICES/ NO MONIES IN THIS CONTRACT FOR REPAIRS Should the system not pass the certification, Contractor shall troubleshoot the system and discuss the findings and estimated repair costs with both the CHP area representative and the CHP Facilities Section Coordinator (FSC). As there are no monies in THIS contract for repairs, another contracting method will need to be used to pay for repairs. Any repairs needed will require a cost estimate and a separate contracting method. Upon a new contracting method being obtained, and FSC approval to proceed with repairs and completion of the repairs, the Contractor will contact the local implementing agency to coordinate a retest of the fuel system, if necessary.
