Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Information Technology, Repair, Troubleshooting, and Upgrade Services for Macintosh (Mac) Computers; • The CHP requires computer service support to include hardware, software and parts installation on an as-needed basis, repair or replacement of components, upgrading, consultation if needed, and training for users of the Mac computers. • Contractor shall provide support for Xsan applicable high-end storage and server components as necessary. Support includes fiber channel and metadata network connectivity and server protocol support. • Contractor shall provide troubleshooting as required by GSU. • Contractor shall provide on-call services within two (2) business hours of receiving a request for service when system problems occur. Business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with the exception of state holidays
