Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Highway Patrol (CHP), Santa Maria Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Fuel Management System Installation Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractors State License Board (CSLB) General A (General Engineering) with HAZ (Hazardous Substance Removal Certification) B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond (STD. 807) equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, Standard Form 807, in duplicate, and submit prior to the execution of the Agreement. D. Contractor shall have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience successfully completing installations of systems the same scope and the same size, or larger, and shall be licensed or certified by the system manufacturer.
