Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will implement maintenance and minor repairs to the Kletzsch Park Dam (masonry repair, vegetation removal, stop log removal and replacement) and construct a bypass channel around the dam that will be suitable for fish passage. Bypass channel will consist of soil excavation, rock placement, construction of a concrete box culvert crossing over the fishway, constructing fabric encapsulated soil lifts, installation of anchoring system for fish monitoring equipment, installation of vegetation, placement of biodegradable rolled erosion control fabric. Categories of Work: Tree and shrub clearing; earthwork; aggregate hauling; precise aggregate placement; concrete box culvert construction/installation; concrete fill of dam gates; masonry repair on dam; erosion control; planting (tree, shrub, plug, seeds); and vegetation maintenance.
