Specifications include, but are not limited to: general on-call USACE engineering services for watercourse facilities, as requested by the District. The scope of services may include, but not limited to: • Planning, studies, preliminary engineering, evaluation of alternatives, developing recommendations and engineering design • Preparation and delivery of technical memoranda and reports • Preparation and delivery of plans, specifications and construction contract bid documents • Engineering services during construction The Consultant will mobilize and respond to projects requiring immediate action. The duration of a project may range from a few weeks, to several months, or exceed one year. The District does not guarantee any minimum number of task orders per year. For planning purposes, the annual number of task orders could be in the two to six range. The number of projects per year, project duration, and project cost will vary.
