Specifications include, but are not limited to: Create a geo-spatial centralized database for the State of Delaware. This database is aimed at standardizing how Delaware-owned land and realty assets are inventoried and tracked across the state. Phases of the project include: 1. Implementation and Data Aggregation – If accepted by the State’s designated project representative or designee(s), additional phases shall be the: a. Provision of the master data set (software) solution, along with licensing rights for the term of the original Professional Services Agreement, followed by b. The consolidation of datasets groups (or data subsets) as agreed to by and between the parties prior to the implementation of the data mapping and transition.
