Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rental of an approximately 22 acres of agricultural property located in the NE ¼ of Section 20, Town of Friendship. The rental agreement is for a two-year period beginning in March 2023. The successful bidder shall pay one-half of the bidder’s annualized bid for the approximate 22 acres of agricultural land by June 30th of each rental year and the remaining half by September 1st of each rental year per established lease agreement. The land is accessed from W6614 Kinker Road (CTH N). The parcels contain approximately 22 acres of tillable acres on 3 separated continuous parcels identified by parcel numbers: T11-16-17-20-01-006-00, T11-16-17-20-04-002-00, and T11-16-17-20-01-005-00. The agricultural land is separated by a drainage way and is further illustrated by drawings located at the below Fond du Lac County web site. It will be up to Lessee to obtain access to the southern section or insure that the current structure that bridges over the drainage way will support any agricultural equipment used. As part of the lease agreement a nutrient management plan will be required and submitted.
