Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Johnson, herein called “County”, is seeking a vendor who can provide comprehensive and quality vision care services to employees of the County and their dependents. It is the intent of the County to select one finalist with a proven record of quality customer service and financial management with an extensive network in the Kansas City metropolitan area, an established and user-friendly on-line system for account creation, enrollment in the County’s vision care program with the ability to report and track usage, and an established and proven customer service unit to address employee and dependent issues and problems with the ability to coordinate and resolve issues with members and network facilities, or both if appropriate.
