Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Recruitment o Craft improvements to current Recruiting processes currently implemented in Salesforce Sales Cloud including Object and Field updates and increased automation utilizing Salesforce Flows. • Dashboards o Create specialized reports, implement data visualization through charts, and improve access to data utilizing Dashboards. • Other Features o Conduct a discovery process with KyCC to determine 1.) which processes currently implemented within Salesforce can be improved through field and automation improvements, and 2.) which KyCC processes are best candidates to be migrated to salesforce through Field, Object, and Automation creation. Implement identified items within Salesforce including deployment of modifications and training of KyCC staff.
