Specifications include, but are not limited to: Objective 1: Provide a tower design recommendation that would maximize the public safety communication coverage capabilities at the site. Objective 2: Assess the need and demand for tower space in the geographical area, and recommend a tower design with capacity that could be leased to other providers and carriers. Objective 3: Design and prepare plans and specifications for the public safety communications tower that meet the requirements of Waupaca County, and can be used in the RFP to procure and construct the tower. The consultant will be expected to provide cost estimates of the options recommended and to provide engineering services to implement the selected improvement option.
