Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will serve to develop plans and documents leading to the construction of the Westside Fisher Creek Trail - Phase 1 (see attached map), a 10ft. wide asphalt paved trail starting at the north end of an existing trail that parallels Austin Road and ending at Dartmouth Drive for approximately 0.7 miles. The entire project will be constructed on a City owned greenbelt, City owned parcel, and school district of Janesville parcel. The exact alignment will be determined with assistance from the selected consultant. The design shall include two local path connections to the Parker High School grounds and Greenway Point Drive. The selected consultant shall propose appropriate improvements for the pedestrian crossing at W. Mineral Point Road.
