Specifications include, but are not limited to: For furnishing all labor and equipment to perform the necessary and required services for the installation/removal of temporary fencing for the 4 th of July fireworks and providing fence repairs immediately prior to the fireworks; Unit Price No. 1: Submit the Linear Foot rate to install, take down and store temporary snow fencing at ten (10) Milwaukee County parks for 4th of July fireworks displays. Attached is a list of the parks and the linear feet of fencing that will need to be installed. Also attached, for reference purposes only, are maps/diagrams of the approximate location of the necessary fencing. The City will provide the posts and fencing. Unit Price No. 2: Submit a lump sum cost to place two (2) employees per launch site on the evening of the July 4th fireworks displays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Workers should be equipped with a roll of fencing and ties. These workers are to patch any penetrations in the fencing that occurred after the fencing was installed. The City of Milwaukee will supply the extra fencing. The contractor shall supply the zip ties.
