Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lincoln County Highway Department is seeking to purchase approximate 30,000 tons of asphaltic material (LT Mix, PG 58S-28 and MT Mix, PG 58S-34) for WisDOT, County Road and Town Road projects. Some of these projects are part of the LRIP, TRI, and CHI programs. The County is paving CTH S from USH 51 east to CTH B for 3.5 miles. The County requires 7,500 tons of 3LT or better mix using PG 58S-28 and 7,500 tons 4MT mix using PG 58S-34 The County is paving CTH L from USH 8 north to Oneida County Line for 1.6 miles. The County requires 3,000 tons of 3LT or better mix using PG 58S-28 and 3,000 tons 4MT mix using PG 58S-34 The County is paving various Town Roads which may require up to 4,500 tons of 4LT or better mix using PG 58S-28 oil. This includes LRIP Town Road Improvement projects. The County will need 1,500 to 2,500 tons of 5LT or better mix using PG58S-28 for wedging and rut filling. On all mainline paving a shuttle buggy and tack coat between lifts will be required.
