Remove and install Roof Top Units (3) within the existing foot print of the current unit. To include insulation as required. Power is limited to tools that can operate on 120V AC/60Hertz, single phase. -(3) New Carrier Roof Top Unit -All associated pipe and fittings necessary for project completion -Removal and disposal of existing RTUs -Installation -Connect to existing gas supply -Connect to existing Ductwork -Complete operational checkout and startup by a qualified service technician -Complete project management -Include all Labor tools and mileage -Include any required electrical modifications that are needed for new unit. -Freight -All Work to be completed between 7:00AM and 4:30PM -One year parts labor and workmanship warranty
