Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor shall provide trees as well as labor, materials, equipment, and appliances necessary or required to perform and complete all plantings. 2. The contractor’s service person(s) shall have tools and equipment common to the trade that may be necessary to perform required work. The Town will not pay for rental or replacement of any common tools, equipment and consumables associated with the type of work outlined in this contract. The Town shall be the sole judge of what tools, equipment and materials are considered to be incidental. Vendor must be authorized to do business in New York and hold any and all licenses to do business required by the State, County or Town. The vendor will take direction from representatives of the Town Highway Department who will identify locations for plantings, as well as the types of trees to be planted and will set any standards for plantings not other wise included in this bid. from Pit 7P68-14 on the west side of Charter St. to the east end of Sterling Hall, and two new utility pits along this route. Four 5-inch conduits will be extended into Sterling Hall (Rm B525) from the easternmost new utility pit.
