Specifications include, but are not limited to: Columbia County (County) requests sealed bids for a unit price contract for road surface route and seal crack filling; improvements include all labor, vehicles, equipment, materials, and overhead to complete the project as specified. Work is to include, but not be limited to, machine routing of specific cracks, cleaning of crack, drying joint, joint prep, crackfill sealant placement, curing of work completed, protection of product, traffic control, provision, shipping, delivery, and installation of crack fill materials as specified within the manual. Pricing includes, but is not limited to, equipment, vehicles, materials, parts, labor, benefits, overhead, supervision, project management, taxes, insurance and all other costs necessary to provide completed system as specified. Davis-Bacon wage rates shall NOT apply for any class of work.
