Specifications include, but are not limited to: This request for proposals is to develop a Habitat Restoration Plan (HRP) for Havenwoods which will detail restoration and habitat management actions, and provide the technical specifications required to implement the plan. Services for final design and project permitting will be contracted to proceed at this time, and congingent services (which includes bid phase, construction oversight, and post-construction services) will be contracted as funding is made available. The DNR will be applying for funding through post-construction and reserves the right to authorize services through post-construction based on availability of funds and consultant performance for previous services.
