Ribbons to be printed with: one or two emblems, place/premium, name of department and current year, Kentucky State Fair - Louisville or other text as needed for different events. 2 Badge Type Rosettes 1-3/4 inch x 3 inch: Blue, two streamers One row of flutes to measure approximately 3.5 inches across with a minimum of 18 pleats. White metal center approximately 2-1/4 inches in diameter with 1-1/4 inch numbers printed in blue in center. Safety pin hook to be attached to back. 3 Rosettes 2.5 inch x 12 inch: 2 Streamers 2.5 inch x 12 inch Rosette top constructed with 2 rows of flutes. Outside row approximately 5 inches across with a minimum of 40 pleats and the inside row approximately 4 inches across with a minimum of 33 pleats. Center button covered with ribbon material and printed with emblem. Printing of Gold foil. Gold cord hanger with tassels on back of rosette. One streamer to read: Kentucky State Fair 2023 Second Streamer to state name of award and other text as required for different events.
