Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Coordination of setting up a Scaffolding system or a lift that will allow for multiple trades to use and work together around the (4) faces of the Historic Courthouse Clock 2.2 Access to the scaffolding can be obtained from the Courthouse roof 2.3. Scaffolding will need to stay erected until scopes of work are completed by general contractor and subcontractors 2.4. Protect and replace any broken slate roof panels when setting up and taking down scaffold system, Sauk County has some attic stock on hand 2.5. Sauk County will be contracting separately for the work on the glass, numbers, and clock hands. 2.6. Selected vendor will adhere to any guidelines from the State Historical Society regarding the clock tower refurbishment 2.7. Selected vendor will scrape, sand, and paint the exterior of the clock tower (white) in color similar to the existing color, using quality exterior grade paint 2.8. Rebuild the East clock face. The face is constructed of wood and approximately 8’ in diameter
