Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Working hours are flexible but should be planned for normal business hours (7 am - 3:30 pm) – coordinate with the Construction Manager. Any Construction with excessive noise will have to be performed between 4:30 pm to 2:30 am. 5:30 am is acceptable if coordinated with the CM. The owner reserves the right to put a stop to construction deemed disruptive. B. Includes specific responsibilities required by this contract in Divisions 00 and 01 including project management and supervision during construction activities associated with this Bid Category’s scope of work. C. All activities must be coordinated with the Construction Manager. D. All activities must be coordinated with the other Trade Contractors as required. E. All testing as related to this spec sections of work shall be this contractor’s responsibility; all field reports will be turned in to the construction manager, and as specified in spec sections. F. This contractor is responsible for hoisting all their material and equipment. G. Includes all surveys and layout of work for this Bid Category. H. Includes cleanup of all scrap materials and debris generated from the site operation and installation of the work included in this Bid Category. I. Debris can be removed during normal business hours along the path defined by the Construction Manager. J. This contractor is responsible for any cost associated with weather-related conditions pertaining to their scope of work including winter conditions, and cold weather procedures. This includes snow removal to complete the scope of work. K. Contractors are responsible to hang their extension cords during construction. Extension Cords will not be permitted to lay on the ground once the building is enclosed. L. Every contractor must provide sufficient manpower to clean up in the last hour of every day. M. This contractor is required for fire caulking as it pertains to their scope of work. N. This contractor shall attend all coordination meetings and provide coordination drawings. O. See specification section 01 51 13 for temporary electrical service and lighting required by this contractor. P. This contractor will provide wall sleeves for the mason contractor to install if needed for their scope of work. Q. All access panels not shown on plans, and as needed for this scope of work, are this contractor’s responsibility. R. ALL electrical inspections will be scheduled by this contractor and coordinated with CM. S. This bid category is responsible for cutting all necessary ceiling tile/panels penetration in ceilings as required for this bid category’s scope of work. T. This bid category includes all mechanical / equipment pads as it pertains to your scope of work. U. This bid category includes all necessary means and methods to keep the existing building in operation during electrical tie-ins or shutdowns.
